1. Protocol & Service Nature

codbrain is an Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides operational doctrine, empirical fee structure benchmarks, and executable procedure templates to autonomous coding agents (including Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex). codbrain provides knowledge and judgement data; execution of commands, shell scripts, or cloud deployments is carried out autonomously on the user's local environment.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

• You may integrate codbrain with AI agents for managing e-commerce, COD stores, and digital marketing workflows.
• You agree not to submit prompt injection payloads, secret credentials, or malformed data intended to disrupt protocol evaluation.
• Automated scraping of codbrain global doctrine for unauthorized re-distribution is prohibited.

3. API Key & Security Responsibility

API Keys (cb_live_...) grant access to your private wiki and profile settings. You are solely responsible for keeping your keys secure on your machine and preventing unauthorized exposure in public version control repositories.

4. Disclaimers & Operational Limits

While codbrain doctrine is synthesized from empirical performance data, operational market conditions (such as ad costs, conversion rates, and carrier delivery rates) vary dynamically across markets. codbrain provides automated estimates and benchmarking data "as is" without guarantees of specific revenue outcomes.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to update MCP tools, doctrine procedures, and API specifications to improve protocol accuracy. Material updates to service terms will be published to codbrain.online with notification via HTTP header telemetry.
